I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I contacted them a day earlier to inquire about a camera and was told to visit around 2 PM the next day. When I called at that time, they asked me to come later. I called again, and they repeated the same thing.

Despite this, I went to the shop in person, only to be told that the camera was not available and that I should come back after a couple of days. This lack of coordination was already frustrating, but what made the situation worse was the staff’s behavior.

When I politely asked about the expected price (since they mentioned prices change daily), the response was rude and dismissive. The staff member spoke in an unprofessional and disrespectful tone, as if asking a simple question was a problem.

As a customer who trusted this shop, this experience was disappointing and unexpected. Basic courtesy and clear communication should be standard, especially when dealing with customers making significant purchases.

I’ve had wonderful experience with Billu photos, there are a lot of camera providers in the market but only Billu photos is the expert in customer care and trust. Ishtiaq Sb. truly knows all products, has a lot of knowledge and guides his customers well. He was quite understanding and helpful about my purchase, he guided me very effectively to help me make the best decision, and ensured that my purchase was well made. Truly one of the best in business, can trust him a lot. 10/10 recommended
